I would not go back to this doctors office. I showed up 15 minutes early and was told that I couldn’t be seen by the provider. Very expensive and unorganized PCP office.

The provider was amazing, and my exam was quick and easy. However, I believed I was meeting with an OB/GYN to establish care. I would be careful booking through Zocdoc without contacting the office first to discuss exactly what you need. It ended up being more out of pocket, and I was unable to speak to anyone about the reason I was there since the appointment was not what I thought it would be. I recommend this provider if you are looking to establish a PCP, she thoroughly listened and bedside manner was 10/10, however I would triple check with the office first for insurance, and for appointment needs so that you leave having the exact care and type of doctor you booked an appointment for. That was not provided for me.

This review is mainly about the office staff because I didn't even get to see the doctor. I made a same day virtual appointment hours in advance for 4:20. For hours, it just said "the doctor will reach out to you for further instructions." At 4:01 I finally received a link to fill out paperwork and then got another text about 5 minutes later saying that I had to reschedule the appointment because they couldn't continue without the paperwork. I sent them a message telling them that they shouldn't send paperwork 20 minutes before the appointment does and that I wouldn't even bother.
I was in so much pain from a uti and I was upset that they wasted my time when I could have seen someone else much sooner in the day. Thankfully, I was able to get another virtual appointment with an urgent care quickly. I believe they tried to call me in the middle of the other appointment. I didn't see a point in calling them back considering everything. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional imo

I saw Jessie for my annual women’s health exam, which I usually dread. She made the whole experience so much easier. She explained each step before doing anything, and her calm, friendly personality helped me relax. What stood out the most was how she gave me options for birth control and explained the pros and cons without pressuring me into one choice
