“It was great. I loved her friendliness that was mixed with a "let's get going on this" state of mind. I think that she and I will be a great provider-patient relationship with her "go get 'em" workstyle, because I can be like that at times too. I also found her caution in checking for medication conflicts and so forth refreshing. All in all, I enjoyed our first meeting this morning, and I look forward to our next meeting!”

“Dr Nwuba was very kind and knowledgeable. I have addiction issues and am in recovery and she was understanding and experienced in this field. I've had other providers in the past refuse to treat me. Dr Nwuba helped with my anxiety immediately, prescribing me a new medication that is non-narcotic. I highly recommend her. ”

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

My first appointment went ok; she and I agreed on a potential treatment plan. Also, she said to give her at least 2 business days to review medication interactions. Today, the video and audio were both terrible. When she and I finally connected. she asked "Have we met before?" and asked for 20 mins. She never showed up. A few minutes later I received an email stating that the appointment had been rescheduled for 1 1/2 hours later. When I signed on again, she never appeared and a few minutes later I got an email saying that the appointment had been canceled. After today's "appointment", I cannot recommend her. If she cannot remember a person she spoke to less than 10 days ago, than how can I trust the treatment they provide? By the way I just received a text from Zocdoc saying that she canceled the appointment, and recommended rebooking or finding someone else. I'm picking the 2nd option; find another provider altogether.

I would not recommend this provider. They didn’t follow through with promises, they ignored questions, and didn’t understand basic prescribing policies.
