We aim for the lowest effective dose, avoid unnecessary poly-pharmacy, and adjust thoughtfully. Care philosophy: patient-centered, inclusive, and judgment-free. Your goals, preferences, and values guide every decision. Caregivers are welcome.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Together we will choose safe, effective medication (medication management only). Controlled medications may be prescribed when appropriate and safe. You’ll leave with a clear, shared plan to reach your goals, plus access to our patient portal messaging system for questions as needed.
