About Jie Chen
Jie is a board-certified Physician Assistant with master's degrees in Physician Assistant Studies and Human Nutrition. She earned her Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2011 and her Master's in Human Nutrition from Kansas State University. Since then, she has been practicing both medical and cosmetic dermatology. Her expertise in the cosmetic field includes neurotoxin injections (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, etc.), filler injections, cosmetic lasers, and various cosmetic procedures. Jie also has a strong research background in dermatology. Her research results have been published in prestigious academic journals and continue to influence the field.

Personally, I would not recommend. The appointment felt insanely rushed. I was never able to express my concerns. The body check did not seem very thorough. I paid for a “head to toe assessment” but she never looked at my head. I cannot express enough how rushed the appointment was. It felt like I was an inconvenience to the staff. I will not be returning here, nor will I recommend this office. My “establishing care” appointment was 15 mins. I am severely disappointed. Would not recommend.

Waited over an hour for dr Chen to come in for about 5 minutes look at my face for 10 seconds to tell me I need a laser procedure. Called back after appt. to discuss other options and risk and benefits of procedure, no discussion about procedure was even in my chart note nor what she said she diagnosed me with.
