🕰️ My time is dedicated exclusively to my patients, and I take that commitment seriously.
I kindly ask that you only book this appointment if you are certain you can attend.
Late cancellations and no-shows take valuable time away from other patients who need care—and I enforce a strict policy to protect everyone's access to my services.

Cancellations made 12 hours after scheduling the appointment, or cancelling prior to your scheduled appointment, or failure to appear, will result in an automatic, non-negotiable $150.00 fee. I grant no exceptions to this policy.

What should a new client know about working with you?
To ensure a smooth experience, please be aware that I do not currently accept Medicaid or Medicare Advantage plans.

Comprehensive Initial Evaluation (60–90 min)
A whole-body assessment using my dual FNP/PMHNP lens—reviewing medical, psychiatric, and lifestyle factors to uncover physical contributors and co-create a shared diagnosis and initial treatment roadmap.
Therapeutic Follow-Ups (20–30 min, every 2–4 weeks)
Active conversations, not rushed "med checks"—each session balances medication fine-tuning, brief evidence-based therapy (CBT/solution-focused), and whole-health tracking, including optional faith integration at your comfort level.
Ongoing, Collaborative Partnership involving process—we continuously refine your plan based on what actually works in your real life.
