She worked as an Advanced Practice Nurse evaluating and caring for medically fragile infants and children prior to joining Delaware Pediatrics. Prior to completing her graduate degree, Jill worked as a nurse in critical care and dialysis. Jill has served on multiple committees, including at the state level. Jill lives locally and is involved in many activites with her family.
