NP Jillian Eaton is the most patient, caring and genuine Dr I have seen in years! I move every two years and have seen many Drs across numerous states and countries. NP Eaton actually listens to the patient and understands symptoms tied with autoimmune, hormones, menopause, weight loss, anxiety etc., when other Drs have usually been dismissive. I feel seen and actually heard finally! She takes her time with you and understands how all your symptoms are all tied together! She gets it! She genuinely cares, and treats you like a human, even sharing about her kid and dog. Love her!! You will too!!

This is my first time seeing Dr. Eaton, and she was so friendly and cheerful and instantly put me at ease (which is a big accomplishment because I'm always really nervous at the doctor's office)! I was there for a consultation and she answered all my questions really clearly and gave me a lot of helpful information, plus suggested a plan for going forward. I would definitely recommend her, especially to anyone who is hesitant/nervous about seeing a doctor!

Because I came in sick, they quickly ushered me into a room by myself to keep from getting anyone else sick. They were able to determine what I was sick with and quickly helped me with it on top of having my new patient appointment. I felt like I was an inconvenience for getting sick before my new patient appointment, but I wasn't treated like I was. I was welcomed and everyone was nice and friendly.

Her assistant was so fun and kind, and she was so personable. She really listened to me and was kind and relatable. I felt extremely comfortable with her and her staff. My appointment was overall a smooth experience, especially for a first time patient. I really appreciate how OnPoint Family Medicine made getting through checking in simple and straightforward. Their digital systems are easy to navigate and save alot of time and paperwork. Jill was a delight and I really appreciate the fact that she was able to see me on such short notice. She had some great advice for how to deal with my condition and the medicine she prescribed seems to be helping. A follow-up appointment will be necessary and I hope it goes as well as the first visit.
