Because we accept insurance, we can reduce out-of-pocket expenses and still offer high-quality care. You may not have any cost related to your visit with us, depending upon your insurance plan. Most patients pay a small copay per visit, subject to any deductible or coinsurance that your health plan has. The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services determines appropriate billing guidelines. These guidelines depend on the length of the visit and the complexity and severity of your diagnosis. For this reason, we need to wait until after the visit for the final determination. We then submit the claim to your insurance company. The charges are calculated based upon pre-negotiated prices with your insurance company. Your insurance company will then determine what amount, if any, is your responsibility per your insurance plan.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Saad, and after the past four years of bouncing between different psychiatrists & therapists, she was by far the best experience. She was patient, listened closely to my symptoms, asked questions, and made sure to explain each medication she was prescribing thoroughly to make sure I understood what each was meant to do and the reasoning behind prescribing each one. I am excited to continue with her and for the first time, I feel hopeful in my mental health journey!

Dr. Saad listened patiently to my concerns and walked me through a clearer understanding of my medications than I'd previously had. She's very personable, experienced, clear, and sympathetic. I feel like she took the time to learn about my medical/mental health history in depth; I never felt rushed during the appointment. It's next to impossible to find a great psychiatrist in NYC, and I'm delighted to have found her!
