I do not prescribe or manage schedule II-controlled substances such as (amphetamine / dextroamphetamine) Adderall.
I do not provide emergency psychiatric services. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, including thoughts of suicide or homicide, you must dial 911 or 988 (suicide hotline), or go to your local emergency room.
Telepsychiatry does not manage permanent disability, long-term disability, or worker's compensation cases.
Telepsychiatry does not provide expert testimony for custody hearings or provide forensic psychiatric evaluations for criminal cases.
Telepsychiatry does not provide psychiatric diagnostic evaluations for other providers.
Telepsychiatry does not provide neuropsychological testing.
Telepsychiatry does not diagnose or manage neurological disorders such as dementia, Parkinsons disease, etc.
Cancellation fees are charged for failing to cancel an appointment with 24 hours of the scheduled appointment in the amount of $150
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I will send you intake and consent forms that need completed prior to your appointment along with credit card on file. These forms have to be in place prior to your first visit which is 60 minutes.
I will ask for a release of information from your PCP for history and physical and current lab work if you have a PCP.
I may prescribe medication.
If so, I will closely monitor you until we have achieved your goal.
This may also involve occasional lab work to be done.
Follow up appointments are 30 - 45 minutes.
My ultimate goal is your wellness.
