Dr Joan is a great listener! She takes the time to hear all of my concerns and she allowed me to make own decision on how I wanted to proceed with my treatment plan. Would highly recomend!
She listened to what I had going on and was easy to talk to. I feel confident that my mental health situation will continue to progress while working with her. She was very friendly and understanding.
I really appreciated Dr. Anderson's experience and expertise that she brings from her work as a nurse. My main concern was that I wanted to continue my existing medication regimen and she was happy to do so with some discussion to understand why I felt this was working well for me. I felt like a trusted partner in the process, which is so important for me as someone who has had doctors in the past who seem to shut down my input. Dr. Anderson was willing to hear me and help me make the best decision for my care using my input and her expertise together.
I have seen Joan in office and if I needed to speak with her I was able to contact her and she always responded. Sch a great individual. I trust her with my whole heart!!
