Offering in-person new patient visits and virtual consultations for all follow-up appointments at Mulligan Medical LLC, Ms. Joan Ardavanis is an experienced and compassionate family nurse practitioner. She earned her master's degree in family nursing from the University of Phoenix.

I did not feel that I was listened to nor that my concerns were addressed. On top of that she pushed her personal beliefs around pro-life on myself and made me uncomfortable.

The staff was wonderful, very helpful and very accommodating. My only complaint was the software program. I must have gotten eight or nine reminders of my appointment. Way too many. Next time I’ll reply stop so they don’t keep coming.

The office staff was very nice as was the provider. However, when I go to see a provider, I expect to have an examination done for my complaint. The provider didn't touch me. Didn't look in my eyes, ears, or listen to my heart or lungs. I was there for vertigo. I'd expect some sort of physical exam. She did offer supplements but that was all.
