APRN Joan Miller was one of the best medical providers that I have ever had. She was so patient and compassionate with me and that was exactly what I needed since I suffer with medical related PTSD. She waited patiently to finish my exam when I had a panic attack midway through the exam. I was so grateful she was my provider and I would happily see her again.

Provider is great, and even though my second appointment had a long wait, they warned me when I arrived. The only thing that maybe they could have done to be even better about it was to call me ahead of time to warn me, but considering most places just let you wait without telling you they are behind until you ask, this place gets my vote for transparency — and Joan is great as always. Informed, kind, patient.

Joan Miller and the staff at Trü Health were wonderful. They were respectful, accommodating, and compassionate. The nurse who did my intake, and my provider, explained everything and answered all questions without judgment. I noted need for accommodation – not only was this request honored, they went above and beyond my expectations, asking what I need to feel safe and ensuring I was comfortable the entire visit. It was, genuinely, the most positive, gentle, and considerate medical experience I’ve ever had.
The only less-than-perfect part of my experience: The facility is an urgent care center, so they do see patients on a first-come first-serve basis (I was not initially aware). The policy makes sense, but when I arrived, I didn’t expect to hear it “may be an hour wait” before I was seen. A note on their website could prevent future misunderstanding. In spite of this, my wait time was reasonable and the quality care I received was absolutely worth it.
