I had a virtual call with her and she never sent a link and never called. I called the office and nobody picked up. I called Zoc doc and they called the office where a rude person at the desk said I had to come in and they don’t do virtual calls.
Clearly wrong. She has always been a great doctor but this was clearly wrong. They said she would still call me and never did. Since it was 24 hours with a sharp pain in my head that since subsided they are clearly wrong to ignore me. Essentially if I have something serious going on. At the end of the day she could have just called to go over symptoms I was just at her office last week. Today I was a work and I can’t always get there. She could have still reached out. Very unhappy and will probably finish one particular issue we were working on then move on. Obviously, she doesn’t want my business. ?

You guys sent me a note to call office and I did and they were closed so when I got them there was no record of my appointment on their end. Someone on your end dropped the ball. I am 25 min away and would be very upset if they would turn me away. But they are true professionals and cleared their schedule for me.

Love my doctor and the staff but i must tell you the guy in the pharmacy is rude. He obviously hates his job. I will not utilize the Pharmacy. Second time I had an issue with him.

Dr. Edwards is amazing! She always listens to my concerns before discussing a solution. My appointment was to follow up on some of my concerns that my other doctors hadn't addressed and she was able to ease my mind. My appointment also was to bring up another concern, which she gave me clear instructions to follow and take actions should I feel the need to.

It was a very good first experience. We are new to the area and needed a local physician as our annual physicals were due. Our former primary care doctor (now retired) provided all of the services in his office. So, we were looking for a practice where we could get blood work done as well as EKGs. We found what we were looking for with Dr. Edwards who we found on ZocDoc. My husband and I were pleased with the service, knowledge, and bedside manner of Dr. Edwards, Lorraine, her medical assistant, and all of the staff we encountered during our visit. There is a very pleasant and efficient atmosphere in the office, and I highly recommend this practice,
