When Joanna was younger, she was diagnosed with multiple food allergies and intolerances. This prompted her to switch her major from photojournalism to nutrition, and she hasn't looked back. As a former Division 1 student-athlete, she knows firsthand how challenging balancing eating healthfully, fueling your sport, and managing food allergies can be. As a busy mom of two, she gets how life can simply get in the way of taking care of yourself. She is passionate about helping people navigate life with compassion and creative solutions to everyday problems.
