“I finally found a place that I’m comfortable with. The office was very bright clean and roomy. Staff was polite and friendly. They waited longer Niger for me to finish the forms. The assistant was friendly. She gave good instructions. I explained that I wasn’t sure if my wrist blades I’d pressure machine was working properly. She checked it, I t wasn’t. She made notations and on my next visit I will receive my arm blood pressure machine. The door opened and Ms. Pierre entered. Very welcoming and cheerful. She’s a great listener, attentive and caring. She ordered test immediately. I found a new home and doctors. Thanks again for the experience. I give them 10 stars and will recommend them to anyone.

About Joanne St Pierre
Joanne St. Pierre is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner who grew up in Florida and moved to New York after obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She worked as a Registered Nurse for over 10 years at NYU Winthrop on the cardiac telemetry unit, where she gained tremendous experience with cardiac patients. Joanne was attentive and LISTENED to my complaints, which I appreciated because all providers do not give that attentiveness, often times I feel like I am not being listened to. My only complaint is with my 2nd visit. I saw a different NP. She was very sweet and also a good listener, but I dont like a statement she made to me. I was there for a test and I wanted to quickly discuss a few concerns I had with my new medication, which I made clear during check in. Her response was "we need to clear this room for our next patient, so ask your ONE question quickly". I'm sure they were behind schedule bc I waited 40mins to be seen. But even if that was the case, that is NOT the response to give a patient. That's back office conversation. Other than that, my appointment was fine. Debating if I want to continue long term care here. I'd like to meet the actual cardiologist before making that determination. It's hard to find a doctor that makes you feel like you matter!

I am very happy with the PA Joanne, she listens to you and takes time with her patients. Only complaint is that I waited 1.5 hrs to be seen by her. My tests results were never received and I needed to get them and send them over.
