He was great at explaining and prescribing me medication to treat my illness, but unfortunately sent it to a pharmacy who longer takes my insurance. I had to fix that mistake with the pharmacy myself, was a hassle.

He was very nice and polite. Disappointed that he did not even look at my knee which is why I went in to see him. Had a great deal of pain and swelling to bilateral knees and lower back. Wants me to go back and currently have no insurance which makes it difficult to do. He showed great concern over my elevated blood pressure, which I was not too surprised.

His lack of interest in my health showed. I'm a bi-lateral amputee with a broke down wheelchair and the people i'm supposed to rely on to take care of me is only giving false hope. 15mins into my visit he was telling me he had to go. He claimed he sent prescriptions to my insurance that they had no record of, and he couldn't give the date when it was sent. He said he sent prescriptions in, but there was no follow-ups, so nothing has come to me except words. I realized that he's not about health care, but more along the lines of getting patients in and out and eating up the funding provided to me by the federal government that's supposed to be used for my health and well-being. I will be changing my provider as soon as i can find one that'll take care of my needs and is accepting new patients.

Staff needs to have a dialog with medical professionals because my visit was a waste of time and money. Had Mr. Littlejohn was able to contact me by phone I would not had wasted his valuable time as well as mine. There was nothing that he could do for me because it should have gone to a different medical staff.

Joaquin is a very pleasant man to be cared by! He brings immediately into the room a consistent warm caring smiling along with great bedside manners! I have had two appointments with him so far and I have decided to keep him as my Primary Care Doctor. First impressions are very important and for myself this includes eye contact, genuine concern. Joaquin definitely has those said attributes. His joy and knowledge for his field of work shows!
