“This practice and everyone in it are all top notch. I have never once had a bad experience here and I just don't think I ever would. They are friendly, knowledgeable, kind, approachable and all around great people. This is the first office I have been to in my long long medical journey where providers actually listen to me and help me find solutions and clarification. Feeling heard by a medical practitioner and taken seriously as a woman cannot be understated in value. It takes me an hour to get to this office but I would drive two if need be. I suffer from chronic illness and have for many years and was never heard until I started coming here. I cannot reccomend them enough. ”

About Jocelyn Carver
Jocelyn has been in the nursing field for over 14 years and has a background in Family Practice, Urgent Care, Acute Care, Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, NICU, and Medical/Surgical fields. She began her nursing career as a patient care technician while attending nursing school in Georgia. She graduated with her Associate's degree in Nursing from the University of North Georgia in 2010, then earned her Bachelor's degree in Nursing from the University of Phoenix in 2015. She completed her Master's in Family Health Nursing and achieved her Family Nurse Practitioner degree with honors from Frontier University in 2017. Jocelyn finds the most joy in building genuine relationships with her patients and loves to put a smile on their faces. She treats a variety of acute and chronic health conditions while promoting general wellness and overall health maintenance. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, skiing, and spending time with her husband and three children.

This practice is very well done! The people are professional. Jocelyn really talks with you about what you need and how to get it done. She actually listens to concerns instead of blowing you off like I have experienced at a lot of places. Everyone is so nice, you receive plenty of confirmations and reminders about your appointment. She got me referrals I needed and addressed all of my concerns about my health no matter how trivial they may have been. This place truly cares about your health and they want you to feel heard. I can say I am excited I found Broadway Family Practice!

Jocelyn (RN) and Sarah (Nurse) were awesome! I found the building and their office with no problems. I was early for my appointment but they saw me right away. They reviewed my online documents and answers so I didn't have to repeat myself. They both were polite and friendly. I completed my physical quickly and was on my way. It was truly the smoothest experience at a doctor's office. Thank you!

Jocelyn listened and addressed specific issues I brought up with promptness and adequacy. She is skilled at client centered care and doesn’t just jump to oversimplified generalizations. She took the time to make sure I felt heard, something I’m not used to in healthcare. Her attentive, welcoming demeanor made me feel more likely to seek out healthcare in the future. The other staff members who took my vitals and drew blood (in house which was great), were supportive and caring. This drs office felt classy.

I leveled with this provider and expressed concerns I had with my last provider (of a different practice) and Jocelyn listened, responded and cared.
We established care, created a care plan as well as addressed some ailments I currently have. Jocelyn was engaged the entire time, did not cast off any concerns I had and communicated a concise care plan for the future. This office also was quick, efficient, and clean! Both of the front desk folks that I worked with were kind and detailed, but direct in their lines of questioning. No fluff, no nonsense just a well established practice who cares! Highly recommend, and I usually never write these things!
