Jocelynn Dillon, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant who provides compassionate, comprehensive care with a strong emphasis on prevention and patient education. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Arcadia University before completing her Physician Assistant training at Salus University in Pennsylvania.
Jocelynn’s interest in healthcare began at a young age when her grandmother became paralyzed. At just 10 years old, she helped care for her, assisting with tasks such as changing bandages and providing day-to-day support. That early exposure to hands-on caregiving shaped her understanding of both the technical and emotional aspects of medicine and solidified her desire to pursue a career in healthcare.
She was drawn to primary care because of its breadth and its emphasis on preventive medicine. Jocelynn values the opportunity to care for the whole person, manage a wide range of conditions, and build long-term relationships with patients across different stages of life. She believes strongly that preventive screenings, routine exams, and early intervention should never be underestimated, as they are key to protecting long-term health and quality of life.
In addition to primary care, Jocelynn has a special interest in dermatology and enjoys helping patients feel confident in their skin while addressing both medical and cosmetic concerns. She is committed to continually expanding her knowledge to ensure she provides evidence-based, up-to-date care.
Jocelynn lives in New York City and enjoys exploring new restaurants, walking through different neighborhoods, practicing Pilates, traveling, and spending time with her fiancé. She is also a loyal Philadelphia Phillies fan.

The office seemingly forgot I had an appointment (telehealth) or messed up my paperwork and no one showed up to the call. They insisted they couldn't see me until I finished my new patient paperwork but I am not a new patient and was never sent any forms regardless. Then they tried to charge ME a cancellation fee.

They sent me an entire form to fill out 10 mins before the appointment this delayed appointment start time. I complained to the " care coordinator " who was in virtual waiting room. She proceeded to tell me the wait was because I just filled out the form and that she sent it at 9am. I proceeded to disagree about that email and she then began to talk over me(yelling) that she has proof of when she sent the email etc.. I was only interested in my Doctors appointment and not this persons issues so I quickly disconnected.

Always a really friendly and efficient staff which goes above and beyond to help. Jocelyn, my provider, worked incredibly hard on resolving an insurance issue to make sure I had the medication I needed before leaving town.

I can’t recommend her highly enough! From the moment I walked into the office, I felt genuinely cared for. Dr Dillon was not only professional and knowledgeable but also exceptionally kind and attentive.
They asked thoughtful questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood my options. It was evident that they truly cared about my concerns and wanted the best for me.

What I liked the most out of my experience was that she asked really good questions in order to identify where the problem may have started and she listened to what I had to say and made an analysis from that. Some doctors disregard what you are saying and go off strictly from their findings, but not her. She listens and go from there. Thank you for a great experience I highly recommend her!

I scheduled an appointment with PA Jocelynn Dillon to discuss an ADHD diagnosis. There was a bit of wait time (30 mins) because of a miscommunication of forms that I needed to complete. Jocelynn was very easy to speak to and had great bedside manner. She was very clear on the process for diagnosis. The virtual meeting was very convenient as well.

The doctor was good but all the preparation stuff with online call - took around 40 minutes. That’s insane just because it’s 1 not organised well, 2 call was distributed or had an error. Overall, I wasn’t quite happy with online service and not sure if I’ll ever do that again but as a person who was very sick it was only option. ( I went to actual therapist later on)
