Jodene Jensen is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides personalized and non-judgmental care in a safe and supportive environment. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice and completed her Post-Master's in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing at Duke University School of Nursing. Additionally, Jodene holds a Master's in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University and an Associate's degree from North Hennepin Community College. Jodene has expertise working with patients experiencing symptoms related to panic, opioid addiction, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, and psychotic and delusional disorders. In addition to being an attentive listener and great communicator, she is dedicated to helping you find meaningful solutions so you can lead a more fulfilling life. Her commitment is to provide the best care for you in partnership as equal companions on the way.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I’m Jodene Jensen, DNP, PMHNP-BC, and I can provide you medication management in a safe and supportive environment. We treat symptoms of panic, depression, anxiety, bipolar, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, and psychosis. I graduated from Duke University School of Nursing in psychiatry and mental health and with doctoral education in nursing practice. Prior to that I went to Johns Hopkins School of Public Health and earned a Masters in Public Health.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
We will work together to craft a treatment plan to address your specific needs and the symptoms you are experiencing. Many people begin to feel better rather quickly with the proper medication. It can be difficult to get started, but you likely will feel relief once you get the process started. We are here to support and work with you. You are worth it!
