Dr Zuckerman was a pleasure. She was professional and very helpful in regards to my ear issue. I would definitely recommend her.
I waited a long time for Dr. Zuckerman to only spend 5 minutes with me, which made me feel uneasy about following her recommendations, since I felt like she didn’t know me or truly understand what my concerns were. This makes sense, since I felt that some concerns I had going in were left unanswered. Dr. Zuckerman also checked my nose with a metal tool that didn’t appear sanitized before or after she used it on me, which was also concerning. Maybe there’s a reason for that, but it wasn’t explained and made me uneasy. I followed up with another ENT since I felt like my concerns were largely left unaddressed, and I wound up having better luck.
She was very competent quick and pleasant.
Dr Zuckerman was amazing!!!! I was last minute patient. She got me. Made me comfortable. I will definitely be coming back to see to her. She gave me great advice.
Very professional and thorough
*Unprofessional* Dr. Zuckerman called me as a follow-up at 5:30 PM with results from the afternoon's cat scan results. She recommended a biopsy to check &/or rule out cancer. Naturally I had questions. However, sounding irritated, she impatiently told me "to make my questions quick" because "it's 5:30, we're trying to close up, get home & eat dinner already." I found that statement, and the manner in which she said it be exceptionally rude. God forbid a patient has questions & concerns about a potential cancer diagnosis. I immediately scheduled the biopsy as requested. My symptoms worsened over the next 3 days to the point of wondering, should I go to the ER? I can't even walk. I called the office in hopes of informing the Dr. of my updated symptoms, and to ask 3 questions about a medication she prescribed. After all, aren't you supposed to call your doctor in this situation? I left a message with a very nice nurse. This nurse however suggested Dr. Zuckerman would be better to call me & discuss the next day. Dr. Zuckerman indeed called me back the next morning before her shift began and the very first sentence out of her mouth was an incredibly snarky and speedy, "Hi, it's Dr. Zuckerman calling. I'm going to make this very quick because YOU tend to ask 100 questions and get yourself worked up!..." Not only is this statement accusatory, but it's also insulting, insensitive, and anything but helpful or supposedly informative to a patient seeking medical advice- no less, a patient who is about to get tested for cancer, vulnerable, and who's symptoms just got exponentially worse over the last few days. There is no justification for the first sentence out a doctor's mouth to be the statement above. None. And this was strike 2. God forbid any serious illness knocks at your door, & if so, you too feel a burden to contact & communicate with a doctor. Good doctors are supportive, have patience & extend a willingness to educate. Further, doctors aren't the only profession in this world that work busy days, guess what? We all do. What we should never do is make our clients/guests/students/passengers feel like they aren't deserving of receiving courteous & humane service. My experience with Dr. Zuckerman leads me to believe that her insensitive, irritated & impatient personal skills lack that of a truly great doctor-- of which many doctors are! Find one that treats you like a human being, and doesn't treat your questions like they are crimes against humanity. Given her unapologetic tone thereafter & snarky statements mentioned above, in one word, I describe Dr. Jodi Zuckerman as simply, unprofessional.
What an amazingly personable, thorough, knowledgeable and intent doctor. I liked her so much I barely cared about having a scope down my nose. :)
very pleasant and accurate

Pleasant. Dr. Zuckerman diagnosed the problem and took care of it immediately. She was quick and thorough.
Dr. Zuckerman was fast, courteous and thorough. I felt better when I left the office.
The visit was efficient: took short time to resolve my issue without additional 'ad-on' services that I was concerned could make my bill higher. The appointment was extremely easy to make: it was available in the morning of the next day. The only thing I was not quite happy with was the 'preparation' for the appointment: they called me asking ALL questions I just filled out online. I am not sure why they tried to force me to speak out loud all my personal data while I was at work if I 'privately' filled all that data at the time of my appointment. For some reason they 'did not have my address' on that form even though I did have it in my form printout. Why would they call to ask all that again when they already had the same printout in their hands (?).
Professional, knowledgable and courteous. Jodi was able to help me rather quickly and did so with such a kind demeanor. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone!
Outdated, sterile office... uninviting. Eventual visit with the doctor felt rushed. Back rooms very cramped and dimly lit. Won't be back.
She was very knowledgable and professional and she took the time to explain her diagnosis.
I am a stickler for timeliness when I have a doctor's appointment. I have even changed doctors because of long waiting times. I was very pleased at the efficiency of this office and the doctors. I was taken quickly after filling out some paperwork. Dr. Zuckerman gave me a speedy diagnosis after a few tests and I was out the door with instructions for treatment and follow-up.
