What is your typical process for working with clients?
Your first appointment with me will usually be 1 hour long.
I will:
-Listen to your concerns and symptoms
-Ask questions about your general health
-Ask about your family history
-Take your blood pressure and do a basic physical check-up if it's required
-Develop a treatment plan that considers you.

Even though the appointment was virtual, Joel made the experience feel just as attentive and caring as an in-person visit. They were patient, easy to talk to, and made sure all my questions were answered clearly. It was refreshing to feel so supported and understood, especially through an online consultation.

This was my first time doing a virtual consultation, and I was a bit skeptical. But I came out of it very impressed. Joel was friendly, really listened to what I had to say. He really did give thoughtful advice. Even it being a virtual visit, I felt more comfortable than I have ever felt with any other provider. I wholeheartedly recommend.
