About Dr. Joel Koeppen

Dr. Joel is a Colorado native who moved to north-metro Atlanta in 2012. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology and Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University in Marietta, Georgia. Since receiving his Georgia Chiropractic License in 2018, Joel has been providing care to patients in Cobb and Paulding Counties. Previously a project manager, general contractor, and small business owner, Joel found little satisfaction working on people’s homes. Driven by a desire to help and serve others, he transitioned to a career in chiropractic care. Dr. Joel takes a patient-centered approach that is both effective and practical. He works with individuals of all ages—adults, children, and teens—tailoring care to meet their unique needs. Outside of his practice, Joel is happily married to his wife of twenty-two years, Sarah. They have five children: Austin, Hannah, Breydan, Elijah, and Avery. He is actively involved in his community, serving at the local non-profit The Hope Box and coaching the North Paulding Middle and High School mountain bike teams. In his free time, Joel enjoys mountain biking, golfing, good coffee, and spending quality time with his family.
