My typical process begins with an initial assessment where we discuss your concerns, goals, and background to understand your unique needs. From there, we develop a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, treatments or other approaches based on what works best for you. I focus on open communication and collaboration throughout our work together, regularly checking in to track progress and adjust the plan as needed. My aim is to provide the support you need while empowering you to take an active role in your mental health journey.

Johanna is truly an amazing nurse practitioner. She listens carefully, takes her time, and makes you feel completely comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and wants the best for them. I’m so grateful to have found her.

The doctor never showed up for our scheduled video call. The appointment was booked, forms were filled out, and I received multiple confirmation texts and emails. I received texts and emails saying the doctor would contact me with instructions on how to attend our appointment and nobody contacted me. I still was ready and present at our scheduled appointment time, which was 3:30PM on 2/25/26. When nothing happened, I contacted the practice and left a message. No call back, no response. I took time off from work for this appointment-I am self employed so I missed out on a lucrative service by not working. To say I am perturbed is an understatement. 12/10 would not recommend. Waste of time.

Called many times, no answer. No email was sent with a link to meet no communication was had, everything was set for my appointment and nobody answered or sent anything. Im sure she is an amazing psychiatrist but this was poorly handled and wasted my time. Recommend you go in person if anything.
