I have worked as a board certified health coach and a diabetes educator. I enjoy meeting new people and having conversations around nutrition and wellness. I'm always interested in hearing what your definition of health is - everyone's is different and right for them! I landed in this career because of my love of food and the power of food as medicine. Disease prevention and management is possible! We are all unique individuals and I'm passionate about tailoring everything to you. You are the expert on yourself and your experience. You're in the driver's seat, and I'm your copilot! My goal is that our sessions will feel like casual conversations that motivate and invigorate you. There is never pressure and I will create a safe, judgment-free space for you. Progress over perfection. Sustainable changes. This is where you and I start to get to know each other! We can go over appointment expectations, and any questions or concerns you may initially have. I'll ask you some clarifying questions about what you like and don't like in appointments and how you learn best. Of course, over time we will continue to get to know one another better. I'm here for you and I want you to be comfortable in our sessions, and have fun!
