My journey into chiropractic began after experiencing severe headaches and persistent neck stiffness following college. Having seen how chiropractic care helped my father with lower back pain, I decided to seek treatment myself. That positive experience inspired me to pursue a career helping others improve their health without relying solely on medication or surgery.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Recreational Therapy from SUNY Cortland and worked as a therapist for three years before attending New York Chiropractic College (now Northeast College of Health Sciences), where I earned my Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
I believe in empowering patients to better understand their bodies and take an active role in their health. My approach focuses on individualized care, addressing the underlying causes of discomfort, and supporting long-term wellness.
Since 2009, I have served on the Sports Medicine Team for the PGA TOUR and PGA TOUR Champions, traveling to events and working with professional golfers including Fred Funk, Brad Faxon, Tom Kite, Jay Haas, and Hale Irwin.
I am also a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certified Level 1 & 2 Medical Professional.
At E53 Chiropractic & Wellness Studio, we offer comprehensive chiropractic and wellness care alongside physical therapy, sports performance, massage therapy, chiropractic sports medicine, private and small-group yoga and Pilates, and Gyrotonic.
