I booked a lymphatic drainage massage with the Dr but ended up getting a regular back massage because the staff booked me as a chiropractor session. While the front desk personnel wore masks the doctor does not which is so inappropriate. While I was undressing for my massage someone came into the room without knocking to ask about insurance. The whole experience left me more uncomfortable than when I came.

Not a typical chiropractic experience. Masks not worn by staff including the doctor who was working on me (and very close to my face). Very eastern view of medicine—which is fine, but not what I look for in a chiropractor. I wish that would’ve been more advertised. I went in expecting an adjustment and left feeling dirty and gross and went straight home to jump in the shower. Very uncomfortable experience overall that left me feeling violated and just so uncomfortable.

Fees a bit higher than expected. Not sure if fees were correct as I’ve been to other places that waived these fees. Space in office was a bit tight. Doctor seems to know what he was doing. Staff was also really friendly.

It was my first time visiting a chiropractor so I was naturally a little nervous. Dr. John was very kind and made me feel comfortable immediately. He addressed all of my concerns right away and the adjustment left me feeling like I was on cloud 9. I definitely would recommend him!
