I am a Board-Certified Family Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), a multi-state Licensed provider accepting clients from Arizona and Florida. My passion is to work with my clients to get their life back and on track. I am also a Foreign-Educated Physician (FEP) with over 20 years of medical experience serving the Caribbean population. In 2017, I graduated with Honors from Florida International University, completing one of the best nurse practitioner programs in the United States for FEP’s. My comprehensive training gives me the unique ability to provide psychiatric -mental health care with an integrated nursing and medical perspective.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

I felt as if I was giving my life story when all of it simply wasn’t necessary. Not super receptive to what I was saying. Felt almost like I had to keep explaining the same thing 10 different ways. Very polite, kind, and informative, but I would not recommend. If you don’t know what’s going on and need some diagnosis then this is your guy. If you’ve had a diagnosis and need refills then I would try a different doctor. If it’s not broke don’t fix it.
