John Fiorianti is a dedicated and diligent vascular surgeon serving the community of Middletown, NY. Dr. Fiorianti attended Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara Facultad de Medicina in Guadalajara, where he received his medical degree. He completed both his internship and residency in general surgery at Westchester Medical Center. He then went on to complete a fellowship in vascular surgery at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.

I was experiencing pain in my calf , and Dr Fiorianti tested the circulation. He dismissed me with paperwork showing readings from the testing but no answers as to what was causing the pain. Upon leaving the appointment, I experienced a sudden drop in blood pressure and passed out, striking my head on the base of the exam chair. Dr Fiorianti was in his office directly across the hall. A number of medical staff arrived quickly and called 911. When my wife arrived with a wheelchair, this is the situation she encountered. Though there was much activity in the hall outside his office, the doctor did not come out from his office to check on my situation. I feel that even before this incident, he did not connect well with me, so I will not continue to use him in the future.

He was very friendly and personable! He listened to my concerns, did a through exam and then told me what my personal procedures could be as well as the outcomes. I was able to be sent for an ultrasound right after my appointment. His staff was also very sweet!

Excellent! 10/10 Dr. Fiorianti is an incredible surgeon - persistent & gifted. He likely saved my life about 4 times. He is also humorous, kind,sensitive and thoughtful. He knows how to convey info in a way I and my family can understand. He praises, encourages always in a "real way" because he is always truthful & to the point. Always on target, educating me on my condition teaching me how to improve, giving me hope for what is to come.
