Dr. Hurchick's recommendations for me to wear a left boot for my left heel when I go to bed; and to see him again in 30 days show that he wants to see my condition change from pain to no or minimized pain. About Dr. John Hurchik
John Hurchik, DPM, is a board-certified podiatrist with expertise in diabetic foot care, wound care, limb salvage, and sports medicine. He received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine and completed his residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. He went on to complete a diabetic foot care fellowship at the Joslin Clinic.
Dr. Hurchik has decades of experience treating complex foot conditions and is passionate about educating patients especially athletes on prevention and recovery. A former marathoner and triathlete, he has published and lectured on endurance-related foot injuries. Before joining Modern Foot & Ankle, he practiced in Massachusetts and Florida.
He is driven by a commitment to attentive care and takes pride in helping patients regain mobility. Dr. Hurchik joined Evolve Health to further his mission of delivering high-quality, patient-focused foot and ankle care.

This doctor was thorough and very knowledgeable. He took care to make sure I received an exact diagnosis for the problem with my foot. He noticed my nails were a bit long because I can’t bend my foot with the injury, so he took the time to clip them. I was extremely happy with the way my appointment went. Would highly recommend this physician and I will definitely bring going back myself.
