Levi Stanford is a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC), specializing in treating mental health across the lifespan. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma before going on to earn his Master of Science in Nursing as a nurse practitioner specializing in mental health at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. His love and passion for psychiatric care of patients began before nursing school when he was able to shadow psychiatrists and psychiatric-nurse practitioners who served as mentors. Levi has a wide variety of clinical interests and conditions treated, ranging from anxiety, depression, and ADHD to psychosis and substance abuse disorders. What he most enjoys about working in mental health is involving patients in their own plans of care, customizing treatments to best fit each individual patient, and seeing resolutions of symptoms and positive results in patients' overall mental health. In his free time, Levi enjoys traveling to various countries, hiking at national parks, swimming, and playing golf.

It was ok I can't remember the doctors name all of the sudden but he seems like fairly new but he was nice he actually listened to me which finding a psychiatrist to listen to you is definitely hard not easy to do nor is it easy to get the treatment and care you truly deserve so I can say my first visit I got what I needed I got the help he listened and seemed like he cared so it was good. Better than half of the psychiatrist in Oklahoma in general. So I would go here guys

Great experience! Easy from start to finish! Moved here from another state and they’ve made the transition of establishing new healthcare very very easy! Really got to know me and my needs, then quickly put a plan in place to make sure I’m getting the care I need! Highly recommend!

The staff is proffesional, considerate, and caring. They really do care about your well-being, and it shows through in their care. Levi is very knowledgeable and cares about his patients, I always felt that I was in good hands. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Today, was my first 'in-person' meeting with Levi. Let's face it, changing doctors can be very stressful. I was immediately at ease, when I met Levi. He made me feel very comfortable and was so easy to talk with. I enjoyed my visit and would highly recommend Lifestance.
