Very public doctor - some adjustments don’t behind a small curtain room or out in the open in the middle of the gym. Very friendly staff made me feel comfortable, while feeling uncomfortable. Good group of people if you don’t mind the lack of privacy.

Dr. Jon had great bedside manner, demonstrating genuine care for his patients. He was highly knowledgeable in his field, and his staff was friendly and accommodating. The physical therapy aides were also very knowledgeable and invested in ensuring that everyone performed the exercises correctly and felt comfortable throughout the process!! would definitely recommend.

Elite Spine & Sports Care was the best place for me to receive treatment. Due to some unfortunate injuries sustained, I was concerned that I would be unable to hold or take care of my soon-to-be newborn. Dr. John evaluated me, prescribed me with a course of action & set to work on me. Thanks to his work. I am able to hold my little girl. Forever grateful of Dr. John.

Beyond my expectations! Dr Mathai is knowledgeable & a true professional He was thorough with his evaluation & was able to explain & simplify my herniation symptoms. Hi Dr. John staff is really nice from his front desk person to the person showing me exercises the first visit. He is great at explaining things throughly and makes your 1st visit great! My upper back pain /neck already feel so much better from the 1st visit and now I have an idea of some stretches to do at home.
I feel like I definitely be able to improve my posture from all the work from home/ online classes.
