This doctor did absolutely nothing for me. I came in with an ear issue, and he referred me to a ear specialist without even looking to the issue I was having. I though ear nose and throat specialists are specialist in EAR, nose and throat?! I wasn't even examined. I was in his office a total of 10 minutes, and that was mostly spend filling out paper work. I feel duped.
I really appreciated how quickly I was seen - there was no waiting around at all. The visit was quick and to the point.
Very, very old school styled, which just wasn't for me. Felt very rushed, didn't really address the problem I went in for and didn't ask me for my medical history at all.
Dr. Ryan is absolutely amazing and I wish I visited him sooner for my issue, I felt at ease and it felt like I was being listened to instead of just rushed out and diagnosed. The young woman at the front desk was on her own today, but she did her absolute best to juggle multiple patients, phone calls, door bell rings, along with my insurance approval and appointment for some further testing. I absolutely recommend this doctor and staff to anyone in need of a great ENT!
Very kind and knowledgeable.
He's very old school, but that's comforting to me. I've gone to Dr. Ryan three times now and will keep going back.
Absolutely loved Dr. Ryan. He was so sweet and took extra care with me/my ear issue. I will absolutely be back if I ever have need for another ENT.
He was experienced and knowledgeable. As effective of a visit that I could have asked for
Dr. Ryan was personable, knowledgeable, and careful. He took time to answer my questions and treated me with respect. Thank you Dr. Ryan.
I managed to have an appointment the same day, was brought to the doctor immediately after filling the papers. Dr. Ryan was verry professional, attentive and efficient. What else can you ask for? Highly recomended.
Saw me 4 weeks ago. Referred me to 2 testing facilities. Went back today after test results. He didn't really address my problem. Referred me to another doctor. Would have preferred to see this other doctor first.
He was personable, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. He made me feel comfortable and I would definitely schedule another appointment with him in the future.
Wonderful experience. Dr..Ryan was engaging, quite thorough and very friendly. The ladies at reception were very friendly and professional.
Very good. Diagnosis and referrals were just what I needed.
One of the best doctor visits I've ever had. He was extremely nice, knowledgeable, great conversation, funny, charming- an all around wonderful experience. He was able to find the source of my issue, which two other doctors weren't able to detect. Will definitely be keeping him as my ENT Dr.
Dr, John Ryan is very pleasant.
Dr. Ryan is very knowledgeable and is very thorough addressing all questions and concerns
Dr. Ryan couldn't have been nicer, more efficient or more effective. I arrived with an ear problem an he performed the procedure immediately and flawlessly. He's also a true gentleman.
Dr. Ryan did a full work up on me to assess the problem. He asked me the right questions and hopefully his advise will help my situation.
Dr Ryan is just simply amazing. He is very nice and knows what he is talking about. He made me feel very comfortable and I will definitely be back. The office is really nice as well.
Dr. Ryan is adorable. While he absolutely took my issues seriously, he was able to make jokes as well, which I appreciate in a doctor, especially one who is looking far up into my nose. Very busy practice but lovely and competent reception staff!
The staff was very kind and easy going. Doctor was attentive and answered all my questions.
Excellent, he is very knowledgeable and put me at ease, did a full examination, gave me meds.and I was on my way. I will highly recommend him.
He was running very late and had booked 2 clients at 11:30am and another at 11:45am. I felt very rushed during my 15 minute meeting with him and feel that it was not worth my insurance co-pay amount.
Overall good experience.
Dr. Ryan and his team were speedy and efficient. He explained the prognosis and treatment quickly yet thoroughly and I left feeling confident in the way forward. Office is a bit hidden on the street when you first arrive but is nicely run.
I loved my experience! His bedside manners are outstanding, he is very professional and nice.
Super kind and extremely knowledgeable.
I have some ear ache and infection. The doctor seems really impatient to listen to my questions and explanation of my issues and concerns. I tried to explain my history of itchiness of ear and problem of using ear bud, but the doctor tried to stop me a few times and just try to finish the visit ASAP in a rush. I would say he is lease patient doctor I have ever met. I choose him because I need an immediate appointment which is close to my office, but it seems his good review doesn't reflect the how the doctor is fro my experience.
Fast but thorough exam. Kind person, he chatted with me lightly during the exam. I can't think of anything that would have made the visit better.
I was referred to Dr. Ryan by my long time primary care physician. This was the first time I had seen him and I was exceptionally impresses by his attention and patience in explaining his diagnosis and choice of treatments to me. Furthermore, he called me on his own initiative two days later to follow up. Even physicians with whom I have long term relationships expect me to make the follow-up calls, so this was an exceptional unexpected bonus. Dr. Ryan is the kind of doctor that is becoming increasing difficult to find.
Very nice doctor on my first visit there. Wish there was more he could do for me before testing for dizzyness but very caring doctor very few like him left.
Unfortunately he didn't really explain what he was doing, looking for, possible diagnosis, etc. He started to perform a procedure without any notice as to what he was going to be doing. He was quick, but almost seemed rushed - like he just wanted me to get out.
Friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. I was in and out of the appointment quickly but never felt rushed as Dr. Ryan was extremely attentive.
Very Friendly. Was able to diagnosis my issue quickly. Nice staff too!
Wonderful front desk and great consultation. Unlike my previous ENT doctor - "Doctor everything is fine, next patient" - he actually took time to do detect the issue. We need more doctors like him.
I was not impressed with the doctor. He seemed friendly on the surface but I found his bedside manner lacking. His eyes glazed over as I spoke about my problem - he was almost condescending with his obvious lack of interest. I had ear wax accumulate over my eardrum which temporarily impacted my hearing. It was a simple case of removing the wax but the doctor said that it needed to soften before he removed it. Thankfully I was able to get an appointment with another doctor the very next morning who removed the wax very easily.
Excellent all the way around! He will be my new ENT Doc!
