It was not what I expected, totally disappointed after arriving on time (in fact've to comment that the appointment was made for 10.30 but when I called the office to confirmed it they changed it to 8.45) as I had to wait 2 hours and Dr. finally took the time to see me to start with my history, from the beginning he started putting excuses to treat me, first because I'm 34 and I'll turn 35 in October, then told me that I'm high risk, second because I had a previous c-section and cause I've a medical condition that is in control (3 seizures in 12 years) he was finding excuses since the beggining until he got up and said I could not assist me cause was too much for him ¡¿what?!!, his attitude really impressed me. What I do not understand is that if I took the time to talk to his office to confirm that they accept my insurance and they said no problem and I took the time to fill out the forms in advance by internet when I arrived they had not nothing and came out with I had to change insurance because that was not accepted. Why I had to wait 2 hours if we could have avoided the loss of time, gas and feel discriminated against because of my age, my cesarean and a medical condition that is controlled if they had my information previously sent by filling the forms and confirmed that my insurance was accepted. Totally very disappointed :(.
