I believe in a partnership approach that emphasizes education, open communication, and meeting each individual where they are in their personal journey. We practice evidenced based practice which includes a tailored approach to medication management, therapy and executive functioning skills. I promote a mental health process that allows you to reach your potential. In doing so, I will work with you to define the person you want to be. Most people know the qualities or traits that they want to possess, they just need assistance in getting there. My job is to keep you focused in order for you to thrive and not simply survive. Thank you for taking the brave first step towards a better tomorrow. I offer in person and telehealth treatment based on what is right for you. I offer medication management and additional therapy on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis if requested.
