Solid visit, but the girl at the front desk didn't acknowledge me once I checked in (as she was eating). She never looked over at me or spoke while I waited, so I approached her 10 mins after my appointment time to ask for an update and see what's going on. She then said she was on her lunch break. She must have better customer service if she is the first face that patients see once they arrive.
It was a great first visit and I will be visiting again.
Horrible... don't go. The doctor could care less, the nurse rude, the office, old run down and dingy. Front desk staff very nice almost too nice to work in this office... they should explore other employment options. Worst doctor I've EVER been to! Complete joke, should be shut down.
This was the first time of me using Zocdoc for myself, and I am truly pleased that I did. I walked in, my paper work was already completed from when I filled it out online. Then, my appointment was at 12:3pm0, and thry had me walking to the back at 12:31pm. I was expecting to be sitting and waiting for another 30-40 min like all of my other appointments. I can respect and appreciate a place that honors its appointment times. Thank You
Dr. Wills is personable and professional. I plan on going back to his practice again.
Dr.Willis he was great he answered all of my questions I was seen in less than 15 minutes. He was there to give me any pamphlets or information requested I found my next primary doctor.
Was not impressed. Did not feel he got to know me or what I was there for. Did not make me feel very comfortable, asked me questions that were not very professional. Will not be coming back.
This was the kind of doctor I was looking for my family. I felt like we were getting very personalized attention. It was something I have been looking for a very long time. A wonderful experience.
