Before United Spine and Pain Center, Dr. Church spent five years in practice in Austin, Texas, where he cared for patients with a wide range of pain conditions—from back, neck, and joint pain to nerve-related disorders and complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS). He specializes in advanced, minimally invasive procedures including pain injections, spinal cord stimulation, peripheral nerve stimulation, sacroiliac joint fusion, and the MILD and Intracept procedures. With every patient, Dr. Church’s goal is simple: to reduce pain, restore movement, and help people get back to living the life they love.
