“Jonathan has been truly life-changing for me as a therapist, especially when it comes to ADHD. He helped me understand how to work with my brain instead of constantly fighting it, and taught me practical systems that actually work in real life. I now feel like I know how to consistently get things done in a way that feels sustainable and realistic. For example, he helped me build systems for studying and test prep for the LSAT while navigating ADHD. I went from scoring in the bottom 3rd percentile to scoring in the 95th percentile on my law school exam. This improvement came from learning the right structure, habits, and approach, and Jonathan guided me through that process. Beyond productivity and systems, he’s also incredibly supportive on the emotional side. He’s there when I need to talk through stress, feelings, relationships, or anything personal that comes up. I genuinely feel like I have a therapist who can help with everything at a truly great level. I highly recommend him.”
