Pros: They had many available appointments and I saw the psychiatrist right away on the same day, which was very convenient.
Cons: I went in for an ADHD evaluation, and it was a very quick assessment—perhaps only about eight yes-or-no questions and one open-ended question. After that initial meeting, I only saw him about four times, and each meeting seemed rushed, lasting only about four minutes. He didn't really explain the medication that was given to me. I just didn't like how rushed it all felt. I understand it's not talk therapy, but at least 10 minutes of questions would have helped ensure the client understands everything and explores all the options.

Felt super rushed. Poor listener. Gave me two prescriptions without telling me all the side effects after asking- I later did my own research to find out the prescription I was given is not worth taking. I felt like he just wanted to prescribe me and get over with the meeting.
