Dr. Jordan Achtman earned both his Bachelor of Arts and Medical Degree at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. After graduating medical school, he returned to the state he loves where he completed his residency in dermatology at UT Southwestern. While Dr. Jordan Achtman is passionate about and offers services in all aspects of general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, he has special interests in the intersection of mental health and skin diseases, chronic itch, infectious diseases of the skin, and in helping patients develop healthy skin habits. In his spare time, Dr. Jordan Achtman enjoys gardening, working on projects for his rescue pets, and spending time with his family.
