What is your typical process for working with clients?

Scheduling Your Appointment Once you book an appointment on Zocdoc, you will receive a message prompting you to complete your profile on Headway, the secure platform I use to meet with patients. After completing your profile, you’ll get a confirmation email with all the details of your session, including a video link for logging in at your scheduled time. Session Format Most sessions are about 30 minutes or less. During this time, I will: Learn more about you and your background. Review any medications you are currently taking. Complete an evaluation and provide a diagnosis with recommendations the same day. Interaction & Comfort Sessions are conducted in a professional yet friendly manner. Many patients initially feel some anxiety or apprehension, which is completely normal. Most people find that once the session begins, they feel comfortable and open. There is always time set aside for you to ask questions and share any concerns. Next Steps At the end of the session, we will discuss treatment options, provide education, and create a plan tailored to your needs. You will leave with clear recommendations and confidence about your next steps.
