Getting to know Jordan Bowman

Feeling stuck, exhausted, or disconnected? Have you tried different approaches to mental health but still don't feel like yourself? When anxiety, depression, ADHD, or trauma start interfering with your daily life, it can be frustrating to feel like nothing is working. The good news? There are more options than you think. With a Master's in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Herzing University, I am dedicated to helping you explore those options and find a path to feeling like yourself again.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I take a whole-person approach to mental health, combining medication management, therapy, and lifestyle interventions to help you find lasting relief. Rather than just treating symptoms, I work with you to uncover the root causes—whether it's trauma, genetics, gut health, or daily habits—so we can create a plan that actually works. My goal is to help you feel more balanced, resilient, and in control of your mental health. You don’t have to figure this out alone—let’s find a way forward together.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first session is about listening—understanding your concerns, answering your questions, and exploring options. Zero pressure, only listening. From there, we can work together on a direction that makes the most sense to you. If you are ready to reclaim your life, lets schedule a time to chat.
