About Dr. Jordan M Thompson
Jordan Thompson, M.D. is a Board-Certified Dermatologist specializing in medical and procedural dermatology. Dr. Jordan Thompson grew up in the small town of Zanesville, Ohio. He attended Miami University of Ohio, where he studied Zoology and graduated Magna Cum Laude. Then, Dr. Thompson spent three years at the medical school of Cornell University, where he studied marine life biology. During this time, he decided his true calling was in medicine, and he attended medical school at Brown University in Rhode Island. After graduating, he completed his internal medicine internship at Mount Sinai Morningside/West Hospitals in Manhattan, New York City. Dr. Thompson then continued his training as a resident in the Brown University Dermatology program, where he was Chief Resident.
Dr. Thompson focuses on compassionate care and each patient’s unique concerns. He is most passionate about discovering as many ways as possible to make meaningful contributions to the health and well-being of his dermatology patients.
In his free time, Dr. Thompson enjoys cooking and hiking with his wife, and playing jazz and blues, guitar and piano.

He just took a quick look the area I lost my pigment and didn’t tell me which causes this problem and the way to resolve it. Just do prescription the topical cream. Not clear, unexplainable much about my case and didn’t spend much time for my questions. Nurse is unfriendly and not nice. I would like he explains more and let me understand about my case. I will consider to come back to him in the future.

Nice facility, but use map software for directions. This was my first visit here, having researched Dr. Thompson, so my in-processing was extensive but efficient. Little or no wait. Prep work by nurse was thorough and expedited the time with the doctor. Dr. Thompson was very personable and a good communicator and listener. He fully explained his treatment plan. I will see him for follow up in four weeks. My wife will bring her care to this office as well.

Everything about my experience here was top notch! I’m still amazed at how well it all went. I had never been to this location before. I had an urgent thing that had to be dealt with. By a huge blessing, I was able to book an appointment the very same day. I arrived and the paperwork was absolutely minimal and straight forward. The staff was pleasant. Everything was clean. Good vibes overall. I cannot express enough how good the doctor who took care of me was. He took care of my need quickly and perfectly. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone!

Truly outstanding visit! The location of the office was extremely convenient. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and efficient during check-in. I had just completed the new patient paperwork when I was called to be taken to an exam room. The doctor came in almost immediately after his nurse completed information on the purpose of the visit, so no wait time - amazingly efficient! Dr. Thompson was great - excellent bedside manner, promoted confidence in his capabilities, and offered exceptionally helpful advice on the widest spectrum of issues and recommendations. The entire procedure of a head-to-toe dermatological examination took just over 30 minutes, was thorough, and pinpointed areas of concern and eliminated issues I raised with detailed, yet completely understandable diagnoses or explanations. Overall, one of the absolutely best doctor's appointments I have ever experienced, and I'm almost 70 years old!
