“I booked with Jordan because of the positive reviews on Zocdoc and I am so glad I did. I wanted to get extensive bloodwork done and had been told I might need to stand up for myself as many doctors don't feel that all the tests are necessary. This wasn't the case with Jordan. She accepted what I wanted to get done and even suggested more tests that I wasn't previously aware of so that we can really get to the bottom of my health concerns. She listened and cared, was professional and personable. I was very encouraged by my visit.”

This was by far the best experience I've had at an obgyn office. The front desk was quick with check in. The provider and the nurse that did the blood work were amazing. Very informative and not rushed at all. I was informed every step of the way as to what was going to occur and made to feel comfortable and acknowledged.

Dr. Pavia was amazing. She was super kind, caring and informative about the procedure I was having. She was timely for our appointment and had great bedside matter. I felt super comfortable and cared for as a patient. The practice overall had amazing service and the front desk was extremely helpful regarding some insurance coverage issues I had as my provider misled me on some coverage information. They seemed to really care to help me sort the insurance issue out and took the time to assist me. Would highly recommend and would come back. They are also very responsive via telephone. You can actually speak to a human being at their practice and are not turned around with automation.

I highly recommend Jordana. She performed my first Pap smear and was gentle, communicative, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Most importantly, she never shamed me for not having had one before.

I’m only deducting one star due to some administrative hiccups before and after the visit including waiting outside with no answer after ringing the bell several times, a less than welcoming intake experience, and some confusion around a referral. None of this was related to Jordan’s care, which was mostly excellent overall.

I feel like I received a lot of emails and text messages prior to the appointment, prompting me to set up a portal account and complete what felt like the same forms/questionnaires several times, but otherwise the staff was helpful and kind.

Jordan is such an amazing nurse!!! I so appreciate her kind and clear bedside manner, and never feel rushed explaining my stuff and asking all my questions. When I needed to get something resent to another pharmacy she responded right away—I really feel like she’s there patients outside of appointments too. I trust her and feel like she has my back, and that can be a rare, relieving feeling to have with providers! I highly recommend adding Jordan to your team of care providers :)
