Welcome — I’m Jordan Reuter, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and founder of Radiant Mind Psychiatry. Before transitioning into psychiatry, I worked as an ICU nurse for 5.5 years, including throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. That experience gave me a deep understanding of the connection between physical and mental health, strengthened my ability to remain calm and supportive during difficult moments, and reinforced the importance of compassionate, patient-centered care. I created my practice to provide thoughtful, personalized mental health care in an environment where patients feel heard, supported, and actively involved in their treatment. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related concerns, burnout, and substance use concerns, with a focus on treating the whole person rather than just symptoms. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based. I believe effective psychiatric care starts with building a strong therapeutic relationship and taking the time to truly understand each patient’s experiences, goals, lifestyle, and challenges.
