Dr. Jordan Teitelbaum was born and raised in Chicago, and he is excited and grateful to return home to serve his community.

My experience is always positive in this office Dr Jordan Teitelbaum is top notch friendly caring he really does go above and beyond and tries to do whatever he can to help the audiologist are also fantastic they spend time with you listening and trying to figure out the best way they can help you. Dr Jordan Teitelbaum is the absolute best surgeon and ent doctor in the buisness. I recently had underwent surgery to fix my deviated septum. I was unable to breathe in through my left nostril at all. I seen him and was able to make an appointment within a good frame. I arrived for surgery he was prepared and thorough making sure I knew all there was to know. Comforted me through anxiety pre surgery and once I was out of surgery that First breathe in was life CHANGING. Just had my post surgery apportionment today and he cleaned out my nose educated me more and I am truly sad I don’t need to see him anymore he is amazing and will forever be my favorite doctor and even better surgeon. He is that good. I am thankful to be able to breathe!!!

The doctor was friendly, quick, and efficient. All questions were answered and he seemed like he would communicate well with my other providers. He also knew about my rare diseases and seemed interested in looking up the diagnoses he was less familiar with. Everyone else in the office was kind and made sure things ran smoothly. It was great to establish care with a new provider.

I can’t say enough about how welcoming he is as a doctor. I felt like I was a friend when I left. He made me feel so comfortable and let me explain everything, and welcomed all questions and concerns.
He will be my primary ENT without question going forward. He is a GEM!
Just one note. The receptionist who brought me in was a bit unfriendly. I’d recommend a discussion with her as she is not very welcoming as you come in. A bit abrupt and disconnected.
I still rate my overall experience as 5 stars due to the doc and the person I checked out with.

Dr. Teitelbaum was very friendly and easy to speak to about my concerns with my hearing. He put me at ease with options for treatment of my particular issues. I felt comfortable asking questions and voicing my concerns. His audiologist was also very knowledgeable and nice to work with.

I went in with a sever loss of hearing. The problem was address well enough that when I left I could hear much better, I had a prescription to address the issue and was scheduled for a follow up visit in 10 days. The doctor was friendly, efficient and effective. The rest of the staff were equally friendly, sensitive to my issue and helpful. I was not asked for a copayment although I fully expect there to be one after they file paperwork with my insurance, which is fine with me, it was just nice not to feel they were more interested in my money than my problem. I would highly recommend this group to anyone dealing with a hearing issue.

He was amazing! I was very nervous coming in as I always am at the doctor. He cracked a few jokes and made it a very enjoyable experience while still sharing a wealth of knowledge!
