During the first visit, we review your symptoms, history, and priorities to develop a clear understanding of your needs. I explain my assessment and outline initial recommendations so you leave with a structured plan and next steps. Follow-up appointments focus on refining the treatment plan, monitoring progress, and adjusting interventions as needed. For patients receiving ketamine or Spravato® in our Southlake clinic, we integrate these treatments into a coordinated, comprehensive approach that may also include therapy and lifestyle strategies. My goal is to ensure continuity, clarity, and a collaborative partnership throughout your care.
