I was experiencing pain with my ankle and heel and couldnt get in with my Orthopedic surgeon. Out of sesperation I bookes here to at least get an idea of the extent of my injury to try to determine next steps. This office was more of a daycare, with the Dr’s kids running around which is completely unprofessional. After some xrays this doctor kept pushing me to do injections at the site without offering options. I knew something was off because he kept bragging how busy he was yet he had a fully open schedule on zocdoc (which is why I was able to get in immediately). His attitude went from arrogant to annoyed the minute I declined his treatment option.
Fast forward 24 hours I was able to get into my ortho on a waitlist. Ran an ultrasound and determined this could easily be managed with some PT and avoid countless injections. My intuition was right.

Dr. Marti is an absolute expert in this field. I got help for my knee and a verbal treatment plan on day one. He comforted me & let me know I will not go through this alone. Dr. Marti is super kind, & very supportive. On my 2nd visit, he had the treatment plan all mapped out. Boom, rasy peasy! I was at my wits end with my knee pain, and I happened to notice a 72 year old senior citizen at my gym walking like she was literally in her 40s and I had to ask what she did to be able to walk like that. She lit up & was glad to share her "secret".... Jose Marti! He is an answered prayer!

My initial experience was as expected, being a new patient, but the follow-up was horrible. I was scheduled at 9am, and after waiting in the room for over an hour, I decided to leave, as was leaving, the waiting room was packed as if they overbooked. Upon rescheduling, I was told the coming Tuesday at 12 pm on the day of my appointment, I noticed they had scheduled me for Jan 27th, a date that had passed. Today is Tues, Feb 24th. Was then scheduled for 3:30pm today. An hour before my new scheduled appt, was called and informed, they were closing the office for the day and won't be able to see me until next week. I would not recommend going here.

Waiting time and average of 2 hours.
After they show me the numbers having a great insurance coverage, they want me to charge $$$
for 24 months, didn't make any sense, treatment was supposed to be fir 2 to 3 months. After I told them that I wanted to go home and do my numbers, their attitude change.

Wait time wasn’t bad although there were a lot of people. I definitely felt heard and the Dr listened to exactly what I was feeling to help identify the problem. Staff was really nice as well. 10 out of 10!
