About Dr. Jose Peraza
From his earliest days in medical school, Dr. José Peraza was drawn to the practice of dermatology. He appreciates the ability to see visible, tangible results in his work with patients of all ages to resolve their issues and concerns. In addition to an active general dermatology practice, Dr. José Peraza is interested in multiple cosmetic procedures including Botox, dermal fillers, sclerotherapy, and laser surgery.
Dr. José Peraza has been in the practice of dermatology since 1980. He obtained his M.D. degree from the Columbia College of Physicians & Surgeons in 1975, completed his internship at Hartford Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut and his residency in dermatology at Mary Hitchcock Hospital in Hanover, New Hampshire. He is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology (1980).
In his free time, Dr. José Peraza enjoys reading, gardening and spending time with his seven grandchildren.

Dr. Peraza made sure to listen to my concerns, and got all the information that needed to be known, and let me tell information that I needed/wanted to tell.
He made sure I knew what was happening at all times.
The nurse was very nice and we exchanged a few laughs before and after Peraza came in.
Overall great experience, easy booking, easy papers to fill out when you first register takes less than 10 minutes if you're an average reader.

The office is too small for all the appointments that they have at one time, there is never enough setting. The provider I saw didn't look at my records before I saw him as I see someone else and didn't know what to look at. Made a comment but then never went any further with it, was in and out very quickly and told to come back in a year. My normal doctor there does a through looking and I am usually there a lot longer with him telling me about my skin.
