“Dr. Pierrend has been my PCP for many years. His bedside manner is above reproach and he listens and discusses my issues or concerns at every visit just like he did the very first time he saw me. The front office staff is friendly, courteous and very professional. Dr. Pierrend's assistant is thorough, friendly and takes note of all of my concerns so as to properly inform Dr. Pierrend prior to him coming into the exam room.
Dr. Pierrends office also has a text appointment reminder service that also assists with questions and concerns. After this last visit I texted their office and they were able to resolve a prescription issue with my pharmacy within minutes. Excellent customer service and top notch medical care! Can't ask for anything else! Five Stars!”

I had a great experience! I told Dr. P I had mucus for over 2 months. He checked my lungs, did blood work and listened to my concerns. I also let him know I was on a weight loss pill and he ended up checking my metabolism by doing a test and the test helped me so much with my calorie intake! I am thankful to have come to this office! I was able to make an appointment two days before I was seen! Thank you so much Dr. Pierrend!

Dr. Pierrend is the best doctor I’ve had. He truly listened to me and answered any question or concern that I had. He and his staff are super friendly. He is quite funny which helped me feel really comfortable. The office is very nice and clean. I recommend Dr. Pierrend to anyone who is like me, struggling to find a doctor who makes you feel comfortable enough to voice any concern you have.
