I was supposed to have a zoom at 11am today. I myself, am a therapist who has been in practice for 30 years. I zoom all day long. If they needed to contact me , the office needed to send an email as I don't answer the phone obviously during zoom from 10am-9pm. I can never imagine doing this to a potential client
